Terms of Service - Daily Deals

Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Daily Deals application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

1. Definitions

"App" refers to the Daily Deals application available on the Shopify App Store.

"Service" refers to the automated discount collection management features provided by the App.

"You", "User", or "Merchant" refers to the individual or business entity that has installed and is using the App.

"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Tigran, the provider of the App.

"Shopify" refers to Shopify Inc., the e-commerce platform on which our App operates.

2. Description of Service

Daily Deals provides automated discount collection management for Shopify stores, including:

• Creation of smart collections based on product selections
• Automated scheduling of discount rotations
• Random product selection for featured deals
• Product tagging and collection management
• Scheduled discount updates (hourly, daily, weekly)

3. Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for:

• Managing discount collections in your Shopify store
• Automating product rotation for sales and promotions
• Creating scheduled discount campaigns

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate Shopify's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Resell or redistribute the App without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Tigran and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the App will:

• Be available at all times
• Be free from viruses or harmful components
• Meet your business needs
• Generate any specific sales or revenue

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Lost sales or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia.
